Modus is a modern Pilates studio, ideally located to serve Montreal’s Mile-Ex and its neighbouring communities of Little Italy, Mile End, Villeray, Outremont, and Town of Mont Royal. Our bright, airy loft space provides a welcoming environment with plenty of room to move.
At Modus, we believe in the power of movement to nurture both body and mind. Our goal is to create a supportive community where everyone feels comfortable exploring their potential through high-quality authentic Pilates training—challenging themselves, feeling good in their body, and having fun in the process.
Our instructors have completed recognized certification programs and bring extensive movement experience to their teaching. With a deep understanding of biomechanics and movement principles, they ensure safe, effective, and engaging sessions tailored to diverse needs—always with a touch of creativity to keep things inspiring.
We are fully equipped with Balanced Body Studio Reformers, a Tower, an Exo Chair, and various small props. Our small group reformer classes, limited to just five participants, ensure personalized attention and quality instruction in every class. Private classes are also available, in person, or virtually via Zoom.
